Architectural Supervision Engineer

To supervise the execution of architectural works on site and ensure compliance with approved drawings, detailed drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards. The role involves coordinating with various disciplines to ensure project delivery aligns with the approved design intent and required standards.

• Provide daily supervision of architectural works on site, including finishes, façades, ceilings, flooring, doors, glass, stone, aluminum, and woodworks.
• Monitor execution quality and ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Review architectural details and ensure accuracy and constructability.
• Monitor façade works and various architectural systems to ensure quality execution.

• Review and approve shop drawings to ensure alignment with the approved architectural design.
• Review and verify detail drawings for accuracy and execution feasibility.
• Review and approve mockups prior to full‑scale execution.
• Review and approve material submittals to ensure compliance with project specifications and design requirements.

• Coordinate with other disciplines (civil, electrical, and mechanical) to resolve site conflicts and ensure smooth project execution.
• Supervise contractors and site technicians to ensure works are executed according to project requirements.
• Participate in site meetings and prepare technical meeting minutes.
• Prepare snag lists and follow up on closure prior to project handover.

• Prepare daily and weekly reports including progress updates, observations, and photographic documentation.
• Monitor the implementation of quality and safety standards across all architectural works.
• Ensure accurate implementation of the project’s visual identity and design intent.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering from an accredited university or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural project supervision.
• Strong knowledge of technical specifications, finishing details, and façade systems.
• Experience in contractor management and site execution follow‑up.
• Strong ability to read and analyze architectural drawings.
