Senior BIM Specialist
- Digital Delivery in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is a Construction opportunity with Parsons Corporation for an experienced BIM and digital engineering professional skilled in model development, BIM execution planning, Common Data Environment coordination, model assurance, digital delivery standards, and multidisciplinary design coordination. This role supports major infrastructure, transportation, rail, and multidisciplinary projects by developing and managing BIM workflows, maintaining model quality, supporting digital project delivery, and guiding project teams on BIM implementation requirements.

• Develop and maintain detailed digital models using Building Information Modeling software to support project delivery, design coordination, quality, and compliance requirements.
• Provide input to task leads for the development of BIM implementation baseline schedules at the start of project activities.
• Use BIM software and digital workflows to develop, manage, coordinate, and maintain project models.
• Lead preparation, review, and execution of BIM implementation plans and BIM management plans at program and project levels.
• Perform model quality reviews and audits to verify BIM accessibility, model integrity, data accuracy, and compliance with project requirements.
• Prepare model assurance reports and support development of digital engineering requirements, special provisions, and procurement documentation.
• Review project models to confirm compliance with project standards, BIM requirements, information delivery requirements, and project delivery objectives.
• Respond to BIM-related queries from project teams and clients while providing clear technical guidance.
• Assist in developing and maintaining BIM Execution Plans, including standards, procedures, workflows, naming conventions, coordination rules, and best practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support effective model coordination, clash management, integration, and data consistency across project disciplines.
• Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders on BIM-related deliverables, model requirements, and digital workflows.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to junior BIM team members and review their deliverables for quality and compliance.
• Support development and delivery of BIM training materials, knowledge-sharing sessions, and digital delivery awareness initiatives.
• Advise project leadership, engineering teams, and production staff on BIM processes, digital delivery practices, software workflows, and model management requirements.
• Support management of BIM content including families, parametric components, libraries, catalogues, assemblies, and reusable project assets.
• Monitor BIM KPIs, model review outcomes, digital delivery progress, and quality performance indicators.
• Support hardware, software, and platform coordination requirements for BIM and CAD production environments.
• Maintain clear documentation of BIM standards, model review comments, issue logs, coordination actions, training records, and digital delivery decisions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of BIM workflows, model assurance methods, digital collaboration practices, and project information management.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in BIM, digital engineering, design technology, model coordination, or related project delivery roles.
• Advanced proficiency in BIM software, digital engineering workflows, model management practices, and multidisciplinary coordination processes.
• Strong understanding of BIM principles, BIM standards, model development, digital delivery requirements, and project information management.
• Experience with Common Data Environments and digital collaboration platforms.
• Strong knowledge of BIM and CDE systems such as Project Wise, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of Task Information Delivery Plans and Master Information Delivery Plans.
• Experience developing and managing BIM content including families, parametric components, libraries, catalogues, and assemblies.
• Knowledge of Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes related to BIM deliverables and model data.
• Strong understanding of hardware and software requirements supporting BIM and CAD production environments.
• Ability to generate reports, monitor KPIs, assess model performance, and support digital delivery tracking.
• Experience providing technical guidance, mentoring, and BIM support to project teams.
• BIM-related professional certification is preferred.
• Experience on large-scale infrastructure, transportation, rail, or multidisciplinary projects is advantageous.
