Masterplan Director

Overview

We are partnering with a leading developer to appoint a Masterplan Director to lead the planning and delivery of a major mixed-use destination development in Riyadh. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving the master planning process across hospitality, residential, retail, public realm, landscape, infrastructure and development disciplines, ensuring alignment between commercial objectives and world-class design outcomes.

• Lead the master planning process across hospitality, residential, retail, public realm, landscape, infrastructure and development disciplines, ensuring alignment between commercial objectives and world-class design outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive delivery of a major mixed-use destination development in Riyadh.

• 15+ years' experience in master planning, urban design, development or related disciplines
• Proven leadership experience within a major developer, master developer or leading international consultancy
• Completion of at least one Golf Course Development project
• Completion of at least one Luxury Hotel project
• Strong stakeholder management and multidisciplinary coordination experience
• GCC experience is essential, with a preference for candidates who have delivered projects in Dubai, Abu Dhabi or Sharjah
