We are currently recruiting Technical Design Manager to join our team in Riyadh. In this role, you will provide technical leadership, oversee design quality, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and act as a trusted advisor to clients and project stakeholders. You will also mentor junior team members while ensuring the highest standards of design integrity throughout project execution.
Key Responsibilitie- Lead technical design and detailing across multiple projects
- Ensure design quality and maintain design intent throughout project delivery
- Oversee site supervision and provide design guardianship during construction
- Coordinate effectively with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams
- Manage complex and technically challenging projects from design through execution
- Lead project teams and design packages while mentoring and developing junior staff
- Foster strong collaboration and communication across all project stakeholders
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience
- Strong technical design and detailing expertise
- Proven experience delivering complex and specialized projects
- Previous experience working with international consulting firm
- Extensive experience in site supervision and design guardianship
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and contractors
- Strong coordination, leadership, and organizational abilities
Demonstrated experience leading projects or design packages and mentoring junior professionals
