Bim Coordinator; Fitout

We are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator with a strong background in Interior Fit-Out projects to support and coordinate BIM activities across multiple disciplines during design and construction phases. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in architectural and MEP fit-out coordination, clash detection, and BIM delivery for commercial, hospitality, retail, airport, or mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate BIM models across Architectural, Structural, MEP, and Interior Fit-Out disciplines throughout design and construction phases.
• Manage model federation and perform clash detection using Navisworks or similar BIM coordination software.
• Ensure compliance with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), project standards, client requirements, and ISO 19650 principles.
• Facilitate BIM coordination meetings and track the resolution of design clashes and coordination issues.
• Review BIM models and deliverables to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to support successful project delivery.
• Support the implementation of BIM workflows, standards, and digital engineering best practices.
• Manage model updates and ensure timely incorporation of design revisions.
• Prepare clash detection reports, coordination reports, and project progress updates.
• Coordinate shop drawings, fabrication models, and as-built BIM deliverables.
• Manage project information within the Common Data Environment (CDE).
• Support site teams with model-based construction coordination and technical issue resolution.
• Coordinate interior fit-out elements including ceilings, partitions, finishes, joinery, furniture, and specialist systems.
• Ensure effective coordination between architectural, MEP, and specialist fit-out packages to minimize construction conflicts.

Key

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Architecture or Engineering
• Minimum of 7–10 years of BIM experience, including at least 3–5 years as a BIM Coordinator on interior fit-out projects.
• Proven experience delivering commercial, hospitality, retail, airport, healthcare, residential, or mixed-use fit-out projects.
• Experience working on GCC projects, preferably within Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or BIM 360, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Dynamo, Solibri, and other BIM coordination tools is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of BIM processes, clash detection, CDE management, and ISO 19650 standards.
• Familiarity with Saudi Building Code requirements and local authority approval processes is preferred.
• Excellent coordination, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple disciplines and project priorities.
• Fluent in English;
  Arabic language skills are an advantage.
