About the Studio

Nebras Aljoaib Creative Studio is a Riyadh-based interior design practice founded in 2014. We create thoughtful, contemporary interiors with a strong focus on craftsmanship, materiality, and timeless design. Our work spans bespoke residential and select commercial projects, developed through close collaboration with our clients and consultants from concept to completion.

We are looking for a Mid-Level Interior Designer to join our Riyadh studio. This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a designer with around five years of professional experience who is confident taking ownership of projects while working collaboratively within a small, design-focused team.

You will be involved throughout the design process, from concept development and space planning to technical documentation, material selection, consultant coordination, and site support. The role requires a strong eye for design, excellent technical skills, and a thorough understanding of interior detailing and construction documentation.

• Develop creative and well‑considered interior design concepts.
• Produce detailed drawing packages, including plans, elevations, joinery details, and construction documentation.
• Prepare presentations, mood boards, and material palettes.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Select and specify FF&E, finishes, and materials.
• Attend site meetings and support the project during construction.
• Assist with client presentations and design reviews.
• Ensure projects are delivered to the highest design and technical standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional interior design experience.
• Strong experience producing technical drawing packages and construction documentation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office. Experience with Revit is an advantage.
• Excellent understanding of materials, finishes, joinery, and bespoke detailing.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong design thinking alongside technical capability is essential.
