A leading, large-scale contracting company based in Riyadh, handling major commercial and residential projects. We are seeking an experienced Architectural Drafter to join our team immediately.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare highly accurate architectural shop drawings, sections, and detailed construction layouts (AutoCAD/Revit).
- Coordinate architectural drawings with MEP and Structural teams to resolve clashes.
- Produce precise As-Built drawings and large-scale architectural finishing details.
- Ensure all technical drawings comply with the Saudi Building Code (SBC) and site execution logic.
- Education:
Diploma from a recognized Technical Engineering Institute (Architectural Drafting/Civil Technology). - Experience:
5+ years of solid experience, specifically within large contracting or construction companies. - Technical
Skills:
Expert in AutoCAD; proficiency in Revit is a strong plus. Strong understanding of finishing details and materials. - Languages:
Good command of technical English. - Availability:
Immediate joiners only (Transferable Iqama preferred).
