Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, lifestyle, and functional needs for their spaces, translating abstract ideas into tangible design concepts.
• Develop detailed space plans including furniture layouts, traffic flow, and architectural modifications, optimizing both aesthetics and usability.
• Source and select appropriate furniture, fixtures, finishes, and accessories, considering budget, client preferences, and design integrity.
• Create compelling mood boards and 3D visualizations to effectively communicate design proposals and gain client approval.
• Manage project timelines and budgets meticulously, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within financial constraints.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of design plans and adherence to specifications.
• Oversee the procurement and delivery of all specified items, managing logistics and resolving any supply chain issues.
• Provide expert advice on color palettes, lighting schemes, and material selections to enhance the overall ambiance and functionality of a space.
• Stay abreast of current design trends, emerging materials, and innovative technologies to offer cutting‑edge solutions.
• Perform surface preparation and apply paints, coatings, and finishes.

• Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively present ideas to clients.
• Display a keen eye for detail, color theory, spatial planning, and material properties.
• Exhibit strong organizational and project management skills, adept at multitasking and meeting deadlines.
• Be fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus for international clientele.
