Baseel United is seeking a highly skilled and creative Architectural Technical Office Engineer to join our growing technical team in Riyadh. If you are passionate about design accuracy, technical compliance, and seamless project execution, we'd love to have you on board!
Key Responsibilities- Develop architectural concepts, schematic designs, and detailed working drawings for various projects.
- Prepare architectural drawings, specifications, BOQs, and construction documents using industry-standard software.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery.
- Review contractor submittals, shop drawings, and material specifications for technical compliance.
- Ensure all designs and executions comply with local building codes (SBC), regulations, and safety standards.
- Conduct site visits to monitor execution quality, offer technical support, and resolve on-site engineering issues.
- Support project managers in managing schedules and client presentations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, sustainable design practices, and emerging technologies.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering.
- Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in architectural technical office roles.
- Technical
Skills:
- AutoCAD: Mandatory (High Proficiency)
- Competencies: Strong technical background, excellent project coordination, and high attention to detail.
