Senior UX Designer (Localisation & Arabic UX

We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to define the gold standard for Arabic player experiences. An ambitious, well-backed international games company is building an Arabic-first localisation capability, and this role owns how Arabic players actually experience the games. You won't just flip layouts for RTL. You'll design the UI components and UX frameworks that game teams across the portfolio drop into their projects to make their games culturally and functionally intuitive for the MENA market.

You'll turn complex linguistic requirements into an easy-to-use design system, built hands-on inside Unity.

• Design the System: Create a library of Unity-ready, RTL-compliant UI components that game teams can drop in to instantly support Arabic.
• Map the RTL Journey: Redesign player journeys for existing titles so mirroring logic enhances rather than hinders usability for Arabic speakers.
• Build It in Engine: Work hands-on in Unity (UGUI / UI Toolkit) to build responsive layouts that handle the text expansion and vertical height demands of Arabic fonts.
• Set the Cultural Standard: Research and establish UX guidelines for the MENA region — iconography, colour, navigation patterns and cultural sensitivities.

• Senior Games UX: 7+ years of UX/UI design experience in the games industry.
• Hands-On in Unity: Proficiency implementing UI directly in Unity — you must be comfortable working in the engine. This is not a Figma-only role, and Figma-only designers won't be the match.
• Arabic UX Specialism: Real specialisation in Arabic UX, including layout mirroring and RTL design principles.
• Design Systems: Experience building or contributing to a cross-project design system.

• Experience with AI-assisted localisation workflows.
• MENA regional experience and Arabic language.
