- Create and review architectural designs, concepts, and detailed drawings.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code (SBC),
MOMRA guidelines
, and local authority regulations. - Prepare authority submissions and follow up for timely approvals.
- Project Coordination
: - Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to integrate architectural solutions.
- Lead technical discussions with municipalities and regulatory bodies.
- Construction Supervision
: - Conduct site visits for inspections and resolve architectural discrepancies.
- Review contractor submittals and ensure adherence to specifications.
- Documentation & Reporting
: - Maintain project records, correspondence, and progress reports.
- Prepare specifications and material selection guidelines.
- Implement sustainable design principles and stay updated on industry trends.
- Integrate advanced technologies and software tools (AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, BIM).
- Mentor junior architects and supervise drafting teams.
- Assist in technical interviews for architectural department recruitment.
- Education
:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering (Master’s preferred). - Experience
: 10–15+ years in architectural design and consultancy, preferably on mega projects. - Certifications
: - Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership.
- Professional certifications (e.g., RIBA, AIA) are a plus.
- Skills
: - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and 3D modeling software.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction methods.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
