Architect Engineer

We are seeking a talented Architect Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and oversight of architectural projects, ensuring that engineering principles are integrated with architectural aesthetics. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver innovative and sustainable designs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design Development: Create and develop architectural designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Project Management: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, coordinating with various stakeholders.
• Technical Analysis: Conduct feasibility studies and technical analyses to inform design decisions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with architects, structural engineers, and other professionals to integrate engineering systems with architectural designs.
• Sustainability: Promote sustainable design practices and materials, focusing on energy efficiency and environmental impact.
• Documentation: Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and reports, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
• Quality Control: Ensure all designs are rigorously evaluated for safety, functionality, and adherence to relevant codes and standards.

Required Qualification, Experience, And Skills:

• Professional licensure as an Architect or Engineer is a plus.
• Proven experience in architectural design and engineering, with a portfolio showcasing QSR projects.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up).
• Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with Enscape or Lumion is preferred.
