Position Overview The BIM Manager
- Digital Delivery opportunity in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is an Architecture and Planning role overseeing BIM implementation across multidisciplinary building and infrastructure projects. AECOM is hiring an experienced digital-delivery leader to establish BIM governance, coordinate complex models and maintain compliance with client requirements, ISO 19650 and approved information-management standards.

This position supports AECOM 's Urbanism and Planning business line within its Middle East and Africa operations. The BIM Manager will guide digital delivery throughout the project lifecycle while acting as the primary BIM contact for the client, consultants and contractors. The role combines technical governance, information management, multidisciplinary coordination, automation and team leadership.

• Lead BIM implementation across building and infrastructure projects.
• Apply AECOM digital-delivery standards and client BIM requirements.
• Develop and maintain Project BIM Execution Plans.
• Prepare and manage Master Information Delivery Plans.
• Coordinate Task Information Delivery Plans across disciplines.
• Oversee models produced using Revit, Civil 3D and AutoCAD.
• Establish multidisciplinary coordination processes and responsibilities.
• Manage clash detection and issue-resolution workflows.
• Coordinate model reviews using Navisworks and Revizto.
• Administer Autodesk Construction Cloud Model Coordination.
• Govern the project 's Common Data Environment.
• Establish information workflows, permissions and exchange procedures.
• Manage Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360 and Project Wise environments.
• Implement BIM quality assurance and quality control procedures.
• Conduct model audits and technical compliance reviews.
• Verify alignment with ISO 19650 information-management requirements.
• Apply relevant GCC and Saudi BIM mandates.
• Develop automation and efficiency improvements using Dynamo.
• Oversee BIM performance reporting and project dashboards.
• Use Power BI to provide project and program-level insights.
• Lead, mentor and support BIM and digital-delivery professionals.
• Coordinate BIM requirements with consultants and contractors.
• Present digital-delivery issues and recommendations to the client.
• Support four-dimensional and five-dimensional BIM integration.
• Contribute to digital handover and asset-information delivery.
• Help improve corporate BIM standards and digital frameworks.

• Bachelor 's degree in Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of BIM delivery experience within the AEC industry.
• Demonstrated leadership as a BIM Manager or Digital Delivery Manager.
• Experience supporting large and technically complex projects.
• Advanced proficiency with Revit, Civil 3D and AutoCAD.
• Strong multidisciplinary model-coordination capabilities.
• Extensive experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud and BIM 360.
• Working expertise in Project Wise information management.
• Hands-on experience with Navisworks and Revizto.
• Strong understanding of issue-management platforms.
• Proficiency with Dynamo for automation and BIM quality control.
• Experience developing Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Detailed knowledge of ISO 19650.
• Familiarity with GCC and Saudi BIM requirements.
• Experience with master-planned developments or giga-projects is preferred.
• Knowledge of four-dimensional and five-dimensional BIM is advantageous.
• Experience with digital handover and asset information.
• Strong client communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proven ability to lead and develop digital-delivery teams.
