Architect - Fit-out

We are seeking an experienced Architect – Fit-Out with a strong background in luxury hospitality projects to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the architectural fit-out design and execution of high-end hotel projects, ensuring that the design vision is delivered with excellence while meeting project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and client expectations.

• Assist in the preparation and development of architectural fit-out designs and technical drawings for hospitality projects.
• Prepare architectural drawings, shop drawings, details, and documentation using AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
• Support the coordination of architectural activities with engineering disciplines, consultants, and contractors.
• Review drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements and design standards.
• Participate in site inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure fit-out works comply with approved drawings and specifications.
• Assist in preparing material submittals, design presentations, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with project teams to resolve design-related issues during construction.
• Support project planning and help ensure design deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and best practices in hospitality fit‑out.
• Comply with company quality standards and support HSE policies and site safety initiatives.

• Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years specializing in luxury hotel fit‑out projects.
• Proven experience delivering high‑end hospitality fit‑out projects from concept through construction and handover.
• Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, fit‑out construction methodologies, finishing materials, and technical specifications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up
  , and other industry‑standard architectural software.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Solid understanding of local building codes, international standards, and construction regulations.
• Experience working with ERP systems;
  SAP experience is an advantage.
• GCC experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast‑paced project environment.
