IHCC is seeking a detail-oriented BIM Modeler – Fit-Out to develop and maintain architectural fit-out BIM models, ensuring coordination across disciplines and delivery of accurate construction documentation. The successful candidate will work with the BIM Coordinator and Design Manager, perform clash detection, produce shop drawings and take-offs, and ensure adherence to BEP and project standards.
