Role Context The Architect will contribute to the development and technical delivery of architectural packages across different stages of project design and construction. The position combines creative design development with detailed documentation, drawing review, specification preparation, and coordination with multidisciplinary project teams. Working closely with designers, engineers, suppliers, and construction personnel, the architect will help ensure that architectural intent is translated into practical, compliant, and buildable solutions.

The role also supports design quality by reviewing work prepared by other team members and providing technical guidance where required.

• Conduct architectural studies and develop design concepts, planning criteria, and supporting technical reports.
• Prepare and refine architectural solutions in accordance with project objectives and client requirements.
• Review CAD drawings, layouts, renderings, presentation materials, study models, construction documents, and finish selections prepared by architectural design teams.
• Verify that architectural designs comply with applicable codes, standards, contractual requirements, and project specifications.
• Prepare construction specifications and detailed requisitions for architectural materials and equipment.
• Coordinate technical information with suppliers and clarify product or material requirements when necessary.
• Work with engineering disciplines and site construction teams to resolve design interfaces and implementation matters.
• Review detailed architectural drawings and construction documentation prepared by consultants or other project contributors.
• Approve and issue drawings and specifications within the authority assigned to the position.
• Evaluate proposed designs against project budgets, construction schedules, technical requirements, and statutory obligations.
• Provide architectural input during construction to address design queries and maintain consistency with approved documentation.
• Guide Architectural Designers and Drafters on drawing standards, design requirements, detailing, and documentation quality.
• Support preparation of sketches, presentation drawings, renderings, and models used to communicate architectural concepts.
• Apply professional architectural certification, seal, or signature where legally and contractually required and appropriately authorized.
• Maintain effective coordination between architecture, engineering, procurement, and construction activities throughout project delivery.

• Bachelor 's degree in Architecture or an equivalent recognized qualification.
• 3-7 years of relevant professional architectural experience.
• Saudi National as specified for the position.
• Strong understanding of architectural design standards, practices, methods, and technical documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to review architectural and construction drawings for compliance, constructability, cost, and schedule considerations.
• Practical experience producing and evaluating design concepts, sketches, renderings, layouts, models, and presentation drawings.
• Proficiency in Revit and architectural design software commonly used for BIM and project documentation.
• Working knowledge of CAD-based drawing development and technical coordination.
• Ability to interpret building codes, standards, project specifications, and client requirements.
• Comfortable coordinating architectural work with engineering disciplines, suppliers, contractors, and site personnel.
• Capable of providing clear technical direction to designers and drafting personnel.
• Good written and verbal communication skills for technical reporting and multidisciplinary coordination.
