- Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
- Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
- Coordination: Facilitate communication among stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors.
- Feasibility Analysis: Assess project viability, risks, and potential issues before execution.
- Compliance & Regulations: Ensure all projects adhere to relevant building codes, safety standards, and regulations.
- Quality Control: Monitor project progress, conduct site visits, and enforce quality standards.
- Documentation: Prepare and review contracts, proposals, reports, and other project documentation.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve project issues proactively to stay on schedule and within budget.
- Post-Project Evaluation: Conduct reviews and provide recommendations for future projects.
- Design Conceptualization: Develop innovative architectural designs that meet client needs and project requirements.
- Drafting & Modeling: Create detailed drawings, using CAD and related software.
- Research & Analysis: Study site conditions, materials, building codes, and environmental factors.
- Client Presentations: Prepare and present design ideas and proposals to clients and stakeholders.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure designs comply with zoning laws, safety standards, and building regulations.
- Collaboration: Work alongside engineers, contractors, and other professionals throughout the design process.
- Material Selection: Choose appropriate materials and finishes to enhance aesthetics and functionality.
- Sustainability: Incorporate sustainable design principles and energy-efficient solutions.
- Documentation: Prepare detailed construction documents and specifications for approval and implementation.
- Project Support: Assist during construction, resolving design issues and ensuring fidelity to plans.
- University degree in Architectural Engineering or Civil Engineering
- 5 years of total experience, including 2 years in the targeted role
Skills and Abilities
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and related design/drafting software
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
