About Lucidya
Lucidya is an AI-native platform for customer experience (CX) intelligence that helps organizations understand their customers and take action across the entire customer lifecycle. Our platform brings together products including Social Listening, Omni Serve, Survey, and AI Agent, helping enterprise organizations across the region turn customer data into better experiences and measurable business outcomes. As Lucidya continues to scale, our products are becoming more sophisticated and our customers more demanding.
Design has an increasingly important role to play in making sure that complexity doesn't become the customer's problem.
At this level, we're looking for someone who can move beyond simply executing designs and own problems from beginning to end. You'll take ambiguous customer and business problems, work with Product and Engineering to understand what we're trying to achieve, explore different approaches, and drive the design through to implementation and iteration. You'll be working on products that can involve significant amounts of data, complex workflows, AI-powered functionality, and bilingual experiences.
The challenge isn't simply making these products look good — it's making them easy to understand, efficient to use, and genuinely useful for enterprise customers. You'll have meaningful independence, but you're not expected to operate alone. You'll work alongside senior designers, Product Managers, Engineers, UX researchers, and UX writers. The strongest person in this role will know when to push their own thinking, when to ask for input, and when to challenge an assumption.
You'll Do
Own design problems end-to-end. You'll take ownership from understanding the problem and defining the user experience through wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, handoff, implementation, and post-launch iteration. Turn ambiguity into clarity. Requirements won't always arrive perfectly defined. You'll work with Product, Engineering, Research, and stakeholders to understand the underlying problem and determine what we actually need to solve. Design for outcomes, not outputs.
You'll challenge solutions that don't clearly improve the customer's experience and use research, data, and customer feedback to understand whether your designs are actually working. Partner closely with Product and Engineering. You'll be involved early rather than receiving requirements at the end of the process. You'll help shape what gets built and work through technical and product constraints without losing sight of the customer.
Raise the quality of our products. You'll contribute to Lucidya's design system and help create consistency across our products while knowing when a problem requires something different. Bring customer evidence into design decisions. You'll conduct or support usability testing and lightweight research, using what you learn to validate assumptions rather than relying solely on personal opinion. Make complex products feel simple.
Whether you're designing analytics, workflows, AI functionality, or customer-facing experiences, you'll look for ways to reduce cognitive load and help users get to the outcome they need faster. Design thoughtfully for our market. You'll account for Arabic and English experiences, RTL considerations, and the needs of enterprise customers across the region. Communicate your thinking clearly. You'll present work to Product, Engineering, leadership, and other stakeholders, explaining not only what you designed but why you made those decisions.
Make the team better. You'll actively participate in critiques, give thoughtful feedback to other designers, and share what you've learned rather than keeping your knowledge within your own product area.
You can own a problem without needing someone to tell you every step. You know how to take an ambiguous brief, ask the right questions, break it down, and move it forward. You think like a product designer, not just a UI designer. You're interested in the customer, the business problem, the constraints, and the outcome — not simply whether the final interface looks polished.
