Job Description

** Responsibilities:**

  • Execute architectural and engineering calculations with precision and technical rigor to support project deliverables.
  • Develop comprehensive specifications, technical reports, and detailed data tables that meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Establish and maintain critical liaison with design and drafting teams to ensure seamless project coordination and technical alignment.
  • Prepare, review, and approve architectural drawings in accordance with established protocols and quality standards.
  • Independently perform advanced technical assignments of varying complexity within approved project schedules and budgets, under the oversight of the Supervising Architect.
  • Coordinate technical and administrative activities across multiple disciplines and departments to ensure integrated project delivery and stakeholder alignment.
  • Provide mentorship, training, and performance evaluation to assigned architectural and design/drafting personnel to foster professional development and maintain team excellence.

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution;
    Master's degree in Architecture or related discipline preferred.
  • Minimum 6-10 years of professional architectural experience demonstrating progressive responsibility in design, technical documentation, and project delivery.
  • Current licensure as a Professional Architect (RA/AIA) or equivalent professional registration required.
  • Demonstrated expertise in architectural calculations, technical specifications, and compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in architectural design software and Building Information Modeling (BIM) platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage complex technical assignments independently and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Strong mentorship and leadership capabilities with documented experience in professional development and team management.
