JASARA PMC is seeking an experienced Senior Landscape Architect to join our visionary team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design and execution of landscape architecture projects that contribute to creating sustainable, functional, and visually compelling environments aligning with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 objectives.
Responsibilities- Lead the conceptualization, design development, and execution of large-scale landscape architecture projects.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, urban planners, engineers, and contractors to ensure integrated project delivery.
- Develop detailed drawings, specifications, renderings, and presentations for client and stakeholder review.
- Oversee the site analysis, including evaluation of existing conditions, site constraints, and environmental impact assessments.
- Ensure all landscape architecture work complies with local codes, sustainability standards, and best industry practices.
- Mentor and guide junior landscape architects and designers, fostering professional growth.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, present design options, and incorporate feedback.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality control processes to ensure successful project delivery.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture.
- At least 8 years of professional experience in landscape architecture, including project leadership.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering tools.
- Strong knowledge of planting design, hardscape materials, and sustainable landscape practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and coordinating complex projects.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Professional registration or licensure as a Landscape Architect is highly preferred.
