We are seeking a detail-oriented Draftsman to join the Technical Office team for the high-rise towers development in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating engineering designs and sketches into accurate, code-compliant technical drawings, maintaining drawing registers and revision control, and supporting close coordination between design and site execution teams. This role is critical to ensuring drawings are accurate, up to date, and issued on schedule to avoid delays in construction progress.
Key responsibilities:- Prepare and update detailed shop drawings, as-built drawings, and working drawings from engineering sketches/design output.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, codes, and approved design standards.
- Coordinate with design engineers to incorporate revisions and markups accurately.
- Maintain drawing registers, revision control, and issue logs.
- Support clash detection/coordination when working in BIM environments.
- Liaise with site engineers to resolve drawing discrepancies during execution.
- Ensure timely submission of drawings for approval (consultant/client review cycles).
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in drafting preferably in high-rise or large-scale building projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D);
Revit/BIM experience preferred for towers-scale coordination. - Towers/high-rise experience preferred (may be gained anywhere within KSA).
