MAB Engineering Consulting Company is seeking a highly experienced Senior Site Architect to join our supervision team in Riyadh.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing architectural works on-site, ensuring compliance with approved designs, specifications, Saudi codes and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and monitor architectural works on-site to ensure quality, safety and compliance.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals and method statements.
- Ensure implementation in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and Saudi Building Codes.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants and client representatives.
- Report site progress, issues and non-conformities.
- Support the Project Manager in achieving project milestones.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- 15 years of professional experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with an engineering consultancy company (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Codes, standards, and local authority requirements.
- Proven experience in site supervision of residential, commercial, hotels and mixed-use projects.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced site environment.
- Preferred experience working on high-scale projects.
- Experience working on hotels projects.
