The Presentation Design Specialist will provide visual communication support to the Program Controls Director and Reporting Manager, ensuring complex program information is converted into polished, structured, and decision-ready materials. The position combines presentation design, executive reporting, document production, data visualization, brand governance, and quality control. High-quality output from this role will help senior stakeholders understand program performance, milestones, risks, priorities, and project outcomes more quickly and consistently.
Key Responsibilities- Create and refine professional presentations for program leadership, executive meetings, project reviews, stakeholder briefings, and management reporting.
- Transform complex project information, technical content, milestones, statistics, and performance updates into visually clear presentation narratives.
- Design C-level dashboards that communicate key program indicators, trends, progress, risks, and management priorities.
- Format reports, proposals, manuals, templates, and other project documentation to maintain professional visual standards and consistent information structure.
- Apply approved branding requirements across presentations and documents, including typography, logos, visual hierarchy, layouts, and graphic elements.
- Work closely with the Program Controls Director, Reporting Manager, project managers, and technical teams to gather and organize presentation content.
- Translate engineering, program controls, project management, and operational information into visuals suitable for both technical and executive audiences.
- Develop reusable PowerPoint templates, report formats, page layouts, graphical standards, and presentation assets to improve production efficiency.
- Maintain consistency across recurring weekly, monthly, executive, and project-specific reporting packages.
- Build charts, diagrams, timelines, infographics, process illustrations, and other visual elements that improve comprehension of complex information.
- Use Power BI visualization capabilities to support management dashboards and visually communicate program performance data.
- Review presentation materials for accuracy, alignment, readability, formatting consistency, and visual quality before release.
- Correct layout issues, presentation inconsistencies, image quality problems, typography errors, and branding deviations.
- Coordinate multiple deliverables simultaneously while meeting demanding reporting cycles and executive deadlines.
- Organize presentation files, graphics, templates, supporting documents, and project communication assets using structured file-management practices.
- Improve existing presentation and document production processes to reduce repetitive work and strengthen consistency across the program.
- Support preparation of senior management presentations, project milestone reviews, performance updates, strategic meetings, and client-facing materials.
- Provide visual recommendations that strengthen storytelling, information flow, and audience understanding without changing the technical meaning of source content.
- Assist with scheduling, document organization, and other administrative activities associated with project reporting and communications when required.
The role requires a Bachelor 's Degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Visual Arts, or a related discipline, although substantial equivalent professional experience may also be considered. Candidates should have approximately 12 to 15 years of experience in presentation design, document formatting, executive communications, visual reporting, or a closely related role. Experience with in project management, construction, engineering, consulting, or another corporate environment is preferred.
