Role Context The Senior BIM Manager will combine architectural coordination with digital information management to ensure project models, drawings, renderings, and technical documentation remain accurate, coordinated, and compliant with established design requirements. The role will provide technical leadership across BIM workflows while supporting architects, engineers, and construction teams with model reviews, clash coordination, design standards, and digital delivery procedures. Effective BIM governance will help reduce design conflicts, improve information quality, strengthen interdisciplinary coordination, and support more reliable project execution.

• Lead BIM management activities across assigned architectural and multidisciplinary project scopes.
• Support architectural design coordination throughout relevant project stages.
• Review architectural layouts, interior design information, and associated technical documentation.
• Produce and review CAD drawings in accordance with project requirements.
• Develop, review, and coordinate BIM models for architectural and multidisciplinary use.
• Review renderings and digital design outputs for consistency with approved design intent.
• Establish architectural BIM standards, templates, procedures, and modeling requirements.
• Develop and maintain project BIM execution procedures.
• Support preparation and implementation of BIM Execution Plans.
• Define workflows for model creation, review, coordination, approval, and issue.
• Ensure BIM procedures are consistently applied by project teams and consultants.
• Monitor compliance with established digital delivery standards.
• Review architectural and construction documents for accuracy and technical consistency.
• Identify incomplete, conflicting, or incorrectly coordinated information within project documentation.
• Verify architectural models against approved project requirements and design guidelines.
• Review model content for appropriate level of development and information quality.
• Coordinate BIM outputs across architectural, structural, MEP, civil, and other disciplines.
• Lead multidisciplinary model coordination and clash detection activities.
• Identify spatial and technical clashes before information is released for downstream use.
• Coordinate resolution of model conflicts with responsible design disciplines.
• Maintain visibility of outstanding clashes and ensure closure actions are tracked.
• Review federated models for multidisciplinary coordination.
• Support coordination between architectural modules and connected engineering systems.
• Assess model interfaces affecting walls, ceilings, shafts, plant rooms, vertical circulation, and service zones.
• Facilitate BIM coordination meetings and technical workshops.

• Support users in resolving model authoring and coordination issues.
