We are inviting Expressions of Interest from experienced Senior Landscape Architects to support the design review of major development projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

• Stationed full-time on site, review landscape designs, reviewing shop drawings, and technical submissions.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, standards, and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and design recommendations.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and project stakeholders.
• Identify design issues, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support design review activities throughout the project lifecycle.

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related discipline.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant landscape architecture experience including construction experience.
• Strong experience in landscape design review for large-scale developments.
• Proven experience on major GCC projects, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong understanding of landscape design standards and approval processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
