Key Responsibilities
- Supervise architectural works across residential commercial retail office clubhouse and amenity buildings
- Review architectural shop drawings materials samples mockups and method statements
- Inspect blockwork plastering ceilings flooring doors glazing joinery stone and finishing works
- Coordinate architectural interfaces with structural MEP landscape facade and interior works
- Ensure consistent quality across repetitive villas townhouses and apartment units
- Resolve architectural discrepancies and maintain compliance with approved designs and codes
- Lead snagging de-snagging and architectural handover inspections
- Bachelor s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of architectural supervision or design-coordination experience.
- Proven experience on large-scale mixed-use residential and commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of architectural finishes, residential typologies, commercial spaces, and building-envelope interfaces.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM coordination, and drawing review.
- Strong attention to detail and knowledge of Saudi Building Code requirements.
- Valid Saudi Council of Engineers registration is mandatory.
