- Supervise architectural works across residential, commercial, retail, office, clubhouse, and amenity buildings.
- Review architectural shop drawings, materials, samples, mockups, and method statements.
- Inspect blockwork, plastering, ceilings, flooring, doors, glazing, joinery, stone, and finishing works.
- Coordinate architectural interfaces with structural, MEP, landscape, facade, and interior works.
- Ensure consistent quality across repetitive villas, townhouses, and apartment units.
- Resolve architectural discrepancies and maintain compliance with approved designs and codes.
- Lead snagging, de-snagging, and architectural handover inspections.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of architectural supervision or design-coordination experience.
- Proven experience on large-scale mixed-use residential and commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of architectural finishes, residential typologies, commercial spaces, and building-envelope interfaces.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM coordination, and drawing review.
- Strong attention to detail and knowledge of Saudi Building Code requirements.
- Valid Saudi Council of Engineers registration is mandatory.
