We are currently working with a leading international contractor delivering major hyperscale data centre projects across the GCC.
Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured projects, they are looking to appoint experienced Design Managers to join their mission-critical division.
The Role:You will take responsibility for the design management and coordination of large-scale data centre projects, working closely with internal engineering teams, consultants, clients, subcontractors and construction teams.
Requirements:- Currently working on a live data centre project
- Strong design management and multidisciplinary coordination experience
- Experience coordinating CSA and MEP design packages
- Ability to manage the design process from pre-construction through delivery
- Degree qualified in Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline preferred
- Main contracting experience highly advantageous
We are open to candidates relocating to the GCC for the first time and are interested in speaking with experienced data centre professionals across Europe, UK, APAC, USA and other international markets
