- Facilitate coordination between architecture, structure, MEP, civil, and interior design teams, ensuring that all building elements are harmonized.
- Lead Coordination Meetings:
Chair and lead multi-party BIM coordination workshops, driving accountability among MEP design consultants and contractors to resolve spatial and asset interfaces. - Attend regular coordination meetings with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to review design progress and resolve any model conflicts.

- Implement BIM quality control procedures to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of the building models.
- Ensure that the design meets high‑end luxury standards while adhering to the PMC’s quality management protocols.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with BIM execution plans and industry standards (e.g., ISO 19650).
- Identify potential design risks or constructability issues early in the project lifecycle, particularly in relation to luxury‑specific design features.
- Work closely with the project management team to mitigate risks through model adjustments and informed decision‑making.
- Provide training and technical support to project teams, ensuring that all stakeholders understand and utilize BIM processes effectively.
