Furniture & Tableware Rental Assistant

We are looking for a highly motivated, creative, and detail-oriented Furniture & Tableware Rental Assistant to join our growing Furniture Department, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role will support our expanding rental division, including furniture, tableware, and tabletop accessories for events, exhibitions, hospitality, and corporate functions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for styling, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for interior design, hospitality, and event décor. They should be able to manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

• Manage day-to-day client enquiries about furniture and tableware rentals.
• Prepare rental quotations, proposals, mood boards, and presentations based on client briefs.
• Style and curate furniture layouts and table settings that reflect current hospitality and event trends.
• Coordinate project logistics and scheduling with the warehouse and operations teams.
• Register new inventory within the asset management system, ensuring all product information, specifications, and images are accurate.
• Assist with inventory control, asset management, stock movements, and quality checks.
• Photograph new products and maintain an organized image library for proposals and marketing.
• Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and recommend suitable furniture and tableware collections.
• Research interior design, hospitality, and event trends to support the development of new rental collections.
• Coordinate with the Finance team on project-related documentation and invoicing.
• Assist with the day-to-day administration of the Furniture & Tableware Rental Department.

• A friendly, positive personality with excellent client relationship skills.
• A passion for furniture, hospitality, luxury events, styling, and tabletop design.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in event rentals, hospitality, furniture, tableware, interior design, or a related industry.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent aesthetic sense with a good understanding of colour, texture, materials, furniture styling, and table settings.
• Knowledge of current hospitality, furniture, and event styling trends.
• Experience creating mood boards and client presentations.
• Good photography skills with an eye for product presentation and styling.
• Strong competency in Microsoft Office.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) or Canva is an advantage.
• Experience using inventory or asset management systems is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Sketch Up is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work in the office, warehouse, and on project sites as required.
• A valid Saudi driving license is an advantage.
