Job DescriptionDesigning new buildings, extensions, or modifications to existing buildings; advising on the restoration and preservation of older properties; assisting with site selection; and overseeing construction work. Requirements:
Professional classification (5-8 years) with the Saudi Council of Engineers. Full experience with the Baladi platform and licensing procedures. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and architectural visualization software. Experience in facade design and interdisciplinary coordination. Excellent client communication skills and the ability to deliver results quickly. Previous experience in supervision and execution is preferred.
