The Landscape Architect will contribute creative and technical expertise to the design and delivery of landscape projects across Saudi Arabia and the wider Gulf region. The role requires an understanding of regional landscape conditions alongside strong digital design capabilities, sustainable design knowledge, and the ability to coordinate effectively with architects, engineers, contractors, clients, and other project stakeholders.

• Develop comprehensive landscape designs and master plans for projects across KSA and the Gulf region.
• Translate design concepts into clear spatial and visual solutions.
• Conduct detailed site analysis to understand physical, environmental, and spatial conditions.
• Apply landscape design principles and spatial planning methodologies to project development.
• Support landscape projects through concept development and subsequent implementation phases.
• Consider regional landscape standards and Gulf climate conditions throughout the design process.
• Maintain design quality while responding to project requirements, budgets, and delivery objectives.

• Develop landscape models and visualizations using Sketch Up, Revit, or equivalent 3D and BIM platforms.
• Produce high-quality presentation materials for clients and project stakeholders.
• Use Adobe Creative Suite to prepare graphics, presentations, and design visualizations.
• Apply GIS software and digital mapping technologies to site and environmental analysis.
• Use digital design information to support data-driven landscape decisions.
• Communicate landscape concepts clearly through visual documentation and presentation materials.

Sustainability and environmental stewardship form an important part of the role. The Landscape Architect will integrate sustainable landscape practices throughout project development, considering environmental information and site conditions when developing design strategies. Experience delivering landscape projects in arid or Gulf climate environments is particularly relevant to the position.

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other disciplines throughout project delivery.
