Capstone Technologies is seeking experienced BIM Modelers across architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical disciplines for a short-term project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This opportunity is suitable for engineering professionals with practical experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Autodesk Revit who are currently based in Riyadh and available to join immediately.
Successful candidates will be responsible for developing discipline-specific BIM models, supporting project requirements, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams. The project duration is short-term, with the possibility of extension depending on project requirements.
This opportunity is intended for professionals with relevant engineering qualifications and hands‑on BIM modeling experience. Candidates should demonstrate technical proficiency, effective coordination skills, and the ability to deliver project work within the required timelines.
Available Positions- Architectural BIM Modeler
- Structural BIM Modeler
- Electrical BIM Modeler
- Mechanical BIM Modeler
- Develop and maintain BIM models using Autodesk Revit for the relevant engineering discipline.
- Prepare and update architectural, structural, electrical, or mechanical models according to project requirements.
- Coordinate BIM models and technical information with multidisciplinary project teams.
- Review model information for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project specifications.
- Incorporate design updates and revisions into BIM models as required.
- Support project coordination and resolve modeling-related issues in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Deliver assigned modeling tasks within project schedules and quality requirements.
- B.Tech degree in the relevant engineering discipline is mandatory.
- Practical experience in BIM modeling within the relevant discipline.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Autodesk Revit.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Good technical understanding of discipline‑specific modeling requirements.
- Ability to meet project deadlines and deliver accurate modeling work.
- Must currently be available in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- Immediate availability to join is mandatory.
