Job Description ## About the RoleBEC Arabia is seeking an experienced
** Technical - Architectural Team Leader
** to join our dynamic Technical Department in Riyadh. This role is critical to ensuring the successful delivery of architectural designs for some of the Kingdom’s most prestigious projects, including government giga-projects, smart cities, and commercial developments. As a key leader within the team, you will oversee architectural design processes, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code (SBC) and other regulatory standards.

You will play a vital role in shaping the architectural vision for projects that align with Saudi Vision 2030, contributing to the transformation of the Kingdom’s infrastructure and urban landscape. Key Responsibilities
* ** Lead
* * the architectural design process for large-scale construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client requirements.
* ** Manage

* * with multidisciplinary teams, including structural engineers, MEP specialists, and project managers, to ensure seamless project integration.
* ** Develop
* * detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and design documentation using tools such as
** AutoCAD**,
** Revit**, and
** BIM
* * software.
* ** Ensure
* * compliance with the
** Saudi Building Code (SBC)**, municipal regulations, and international standards such as

* ** Monitor

* * and approve architectural designs, shop drawings, and material submittals to maintain quality standards.

Required Qualifications
* ** Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
** or
** Master of Architecture (M.Arch)
** from an accredited institution.
* Minimum of
** 10 years of experience
** in architectural design, with at least
** 3 years in a leadership role**.
* Proficiency in
** AutoCAD**,
** Revit**,
** BIM tools**, and other architectural design software.
* Strong knowledge of the
** Saudi Building Code (SBC)
** and relevant international standards.
* Registration with the
** Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE)**.
* Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale projects in commercial, residential, or infrastructure sectors.
