On-site Position Overview Parsons Corporation is seeking an experienced Interior Design () Manager to lead the design and delivery of high-end luxury interior projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will oversee all phases of interior design, from initial concept development through detailed design, construction, fit-out, and project completion. The role requires strong creative leadership, technical expertise, and extensive international experience managing large-scale luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality developments.

The Interior Design Manager will ensure that architectural interiors, materials, finishes, furnishings, and bespoke design elements meet the client 's vision and the highest standards of quality, craftsmanship, functionality, and aesthetics. Working closely with clients, architects, engineering disciplines, consultants, contractors, and project management teams, the successful candidate will provide design leadership while maintaining alignment with project budgets, schedules, regulatory requirements, and luxury design standards.

• Lead the development of interior design concepts for high-end luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
• Oversee interior design activities from concept development through detailed design, construction, fit-out, and project completion.
