Parsons Corporation is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator
- Architect to support the development, coordination, and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) for luxury construction projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Working within a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) environment, the successful candidate will coordinate architectural and structural BIM models, ensuring that design information is accurate, integrated, and aligned with the aesthetic, functional, and technical requirements of high-end developments.

• Develop, manage, and update detailed three-dimensional architectural and structural building models using Autodesk Revit and other BIM applications.
• Ensure architectural and structural models accurately represent approved design requirements and project specifications.
• Integrate high-end materials, bespoke architectural features, specialist finishes, and custom design elements into BIM models.
• Maintain model accuracy, consistency, and coordination throughout design development.
• Collaborate with BIM specialists from mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civil engineering, and other disciplines.
• Support the development of fully coordinated building models that address the technical and aesthetic requirements of luxury projects.
• Manage model updates to reflect approved design changes and coordination decisions.

• Facilitate coordination between architectural, structural, MEP, civil engineering, and interior design teams.
• Ensure building components and technical systems are appropriately integrated within the coordinated BIM model.
• Participate in regular coordination meetings with consultants, contractors, designers, and project stakeholders.
• Review design progress and identify coordination issues requiring technical resolution.
• Support alignment between architectural design intent and the requirements of other engineering disciplines.
• Ensure BIM models reflect the client 's aesthetic objectives and luxury design expectations.
• Communicate model coordination findings and recommended actions to relevant project teams.

• Conduct clash detection and model coordination reviews using Autodesk Navisworks or comparable BIM software.
• Identify conflicts between architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems.
• Coordinate the investigation and resolution of identified clashes with relevant design disciplines.
• Recommend BIM-based solutions to address technical conflicts and improve design coordination.
• Identify potential constructability issues before they affect construction activities.
• Support the reduction of avoidable design conflicts and associated construction delays.
• Monitor the resolution of coordination issues and incorporate approved changes into project models.

• Generate detailed architectural and structural drawings, schedules, and reports directly from coordinated BIM models.
• Prepare construction documentation and shop drawings in accordance with project requirements.
• Ensure drawings and schedules accurately reflect approved model information.
• Incorporate bespoke finishes, high-end materials, and custom architectural features into relevant project deliverables.
• Review BIM-generated documentation for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Ensure deliverables comply with applicable local regulations, international building codes, and project specifications.
• Coordinate documentation updates following approved design revisions.

• Implement BIM quality control procedures to maintain model accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
• Review architectural and structural models against established project quality requirements.
• Ensure BIM deliverables support the design standards expected for luxury construction projects.
• Monitor compliance with approved BIM Execution Plans and relevant industry standards.
• Apply ISO 19650 requirements where applicable to project BIM processes and information management.
• Support compliance with PMC quality management protocols.
• Identify model quality issues and coordinate corrective actions with relevant project teams.
