We are seeking an experienced Senior Urban Design Engineer with approximately 15+ years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building projects, urban design, master planning, and multidisciplinary design coordination
, preferably gained within a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) or leading Design Consultancy environment.

The candidate will be responsible for providing senior-level technical and design leadership, coordinating with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders, and ensuring that projects are delivered in accordance with design intent, quality standards, and project requirements.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Urban Design, Urban Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline

• 15+ years of relevant professional experience
  , preferably on large-scale building, mixed-use, urban development, or master planning projects.
• Strong experience working with PMC organizations, design consultants, engineering consultancies, or multidisciplinary project teams
  .
• Proven experience in building projects and large-scale developments
  , with an understanding of the relationship between building design and the surrounding urban environment.
• Strong knowledge of urban planning, site planning, development planning, circulation, public realm, and spatial design principles
  .
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultants and reviewing design deliverables.
• Ability to understand and interpret architectural, engineering, planning, and technical drawings.
• Strong knowledge of relevant planning regulations, building codes, design standards, and authority requirements
  .
• Excellent communication, coordination, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a practical, solutions-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in relevant design and technical software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, Sketch Up, Revit, or other urban design/planning tools is preferred.
• Saudi Nationals preferred.
