Job Description & How to Apply Below
- Coordinate BIM models across architectural structural and MEP disciplines to ensure seamless integration and design consistency
- Perform clash detection identify coordination issues and follow up with relevant discipline teams to ensure timely resolution
- Review BIM models and drawings for accuracy completeness and compliance with project requirements and established BIM standards
- Manage model federation coordination meetings and clash detection reports throughout the design stages
- Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans BEPs project protocols naming conventions and information exchange requirements
- Coordinate with design engineers BIM modelers discipline leads and project managers to resolve technical and modeling issues
- Monitor model progress and ensure timely delivery of BIM models and associated documentation
- Support the implementation of BIM workflows quality control procedures and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain effective communication and coordination among all project stakeholders
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering Architecture Construction Management or related field
- Master s degree preferred
- Minimum 8 10 years of design experience using BIM
- Experience on mega projects airports railways infrastructure high-rise mixed-use developments
- Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit Navisworks BIM 360 ACC Primavera P6 integration with 4D Cost control systems 5D BIM integration Deep understanding of ISO 19650 and BIM standards
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
Master s degree preferred.
Minimum 8 10 years of design experience using BIM.Experience on mega projects (airports, railways, infrastructure, high-rise, mixed-use developments).Strong knowledge of:
Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 / ACC, Primavera P6 (integration with 4D).Cost control systems (5D BIM integration).Deep understanding of ISO 19650 and BIM standards.
