We are seeking an experienced Lead Architect with a strong background in delivering 5-Star Luxury Hotel and Hospitality Projects for leading Tier-1 Main Contractors. The successful candidate will lead architectural design coordination, technical reviews, consultant management, and site execution activities while ensuring the highest standards of quality, functionality, and luxury hospitality design.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and oversee all architectural activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Review and manage architectural drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, and design documentation.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations, building codes, and hospitality brand standards.
- Manage design coordination between architectural, structural, MEP, and interior design disciplines.
- Resolve technical and design-related issues during construction.
- Monitor architectural works on-site and ensure adherence to approved designs and quality standards.
- Lead value engineering initiatives without compromising design intent or guest experience.
- Participate in progress meetings and provide technical guidance to project teams.
- Support procurement teams in selecting architectural finishes and materials.
- Coordinate inspections, mock-ups, and final handover activities.
- Mentor and guide architects, design coordinators, and architectural engineers.
- Bachelor's degree in architecture.
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in architecture and construction.
- Proven experience delivering 5-Star Luxury Hotels, Resorts, Branded Hospitality, or High-End Mixed-Use Developments.
- Mandatory experience working with Tier-1 Main Contractors.
- Strong background in project execution, design management, and site coordination.
- Excellent knowledge of international building codes and hospitality standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, Navisworks, and MS Office.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
