Senior Architect

The Senior Architect is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, responsible for leading the design and development of residential and hospitality projects from concept through completion. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing architectural concepts, detailed drawings and specifications, coordinating with internal teams and external consultants, and ensuring design integrity across architecture and interiors. The role also involves managing project timelines, reviewing construction documents, planning, supporting site supervision, and resolving design and technical issues during execution.

The Senior Architect will also participate in design reviews, ensure alignment with Masan’s aesthetic and quality standards, and contribute to continuous improvement of design processes and integration with related digital tools.

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience in residential and hospitality projects.
• Candidates should possess solid Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and stakeholder communication.
• Candidates should possess experience with Software Development and Integration as they relate to architectural workflows, design tools, and project systems.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools, and visualization software) is highly beneficial.
• Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field is required.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage multiple projects, and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with designers, consultants, contractors, and property management teams.
• Experience with local building codes, regulations, and construction practices in Saudi Arabia or the region is an advantage.
