Doctor or Senior Medical Consultant based

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced specialist consultation diagnosis and treatment within the relevant medical specialty
• Manage complex critical and high-risk patient cases using evidence-based clinical practices
• Develop implement and continuously monitor individualized treatment and patient-care plans
• Perform advanced medical procedures interventions and surgeries where applicable to the specialty
• Lead and participate in multidisciplinary clinical teams to ensure comprehensive patient management
• Review diagnostic findings laboratory results and medical imaging to support accurate clinical decision-making
• Ensure full compliance with clinical protocols patient-safety standards infection-control requirements and hospital policies
• Participate in clinical audits morbidity and mortality reviews quality-improvement programs and patient-safety initiatives
• Contribute to medical research clinical studies publications and evidence-based healthcare development
• Provide professional guidance mentoring and clinical supervision to junior doctors residents fellows and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate confidential and up-to-date patient records clinical reports and medical documentation
• Support the implementation of advanced treatment protocols and international best practices within the department
• Participate in departmental planning and contribute to improving clinical outcomes operational efficiency and patient satisfaction
• Support the hospital s objectives relating to clinical excellence healthcare innovation and high-quality patient care

• MBBS MD or equivalent recognized medical qualification.
• Recognized specialist fellowship board certification or consultant-level qualification in the relevant medical specialty.
• Preferably 8–10+ years of relevant clinical experience including significant specialist-level experience.
• Currently working as a Specialist Senior Specialist Consultant Senior Consultant Head of Department Medical Director or equivalent senior medical professional.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex critical and specialized medical cases.
• Strong practical expertise in specialist procedures interventions or surgeries relevant to the candidate's field.
• Valid medical registration professional classification and licensing as applicable in Saudi Arabia.
• Candidates with Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) classification/registration are highly preferred.
• Strong record of clinical achievements research publications medical conferences academic contributions or professional awards will be an advantage.
• Experience in clinical leadership departmental management quality improvement or healthcare innovation is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership communication patient-management and multidisciplinary team coordination skills.
• Ability to maintain the highest standards of medical ethics patient confidentiality and professional conduct.
• Experience working with leading hospitals medical groups or healthcare institutions in Saudi Arabia will be a strong advantage.
• Candidates currently based and professionally active in Saudi Arabia are preferred.
