- Diagnose and manage a broad range of infectious diseases through detailed clinical assessments, medical history reviews, and laboratory investigations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary clinical teams.
- Lead infection prevention and control initiatives, including hospital-wide policies and outbreak response strategies.
- Provide expert consultation and guidance to physicians, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals.
- Educate patients, families, and communities on infectious diseases, transmission risks, and prevention measures.
- Design and deliver structured training programs on infection control and prevention for hospital staff.
- Participate in clinical research activities and contribute to publications in reputable medical journals.
- Stay current with international best practices and advancements in infectious disease management and prevention.
- Medical degree from an accredited institution.
- Board Certification in Infectious Diseases.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience at consultant level.
- Proven expertise in outbreak management, infection prevention, and antimicrobial stewardship.
- UK CCT, American Board, Canadian Board, or equivalent Western certification.
- Fluency in English is mandatory;
Arabic is an advantage. - Strong leadership, diagnostic, and clinical decision‑making skills.
