• Manage critically ill adult patients in the Intensive Care Unit, including multi-organ failure, sepsis, and severe respiratory distress
• Perform and oversee advanced life-support procedures such as mechanical ventilation, invasive hemodynamic monitoring, and emergency critical care interventions
• Lead multidisciplinary ICU teams including anesthesiologists, pulmonologists, nurses, and allied health professionals
• Supervise, mentor, and support junior intensivists, residents, and fellows
• Ensure full compliance with hospital protocols, ethical medical practices, and patient safety and quality standards
• Contribute to clinical research, medical education, audits, and continuous professional development initiatives

• UK CCT in Intensive Care Medicine or equivalent internationally recognized qualification
• Board certification in Critical Care Medicine such as FCCM, EDIC, or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of post-CCT experience in adult intensive care
• Strong expertise in advanced ICU procedures and complex critical care management
• Demonstrated leadership, decision-making, communication, and team collaboration skills
