Shaping the Next Gen Schools
We’re on a mission to radically change the way students learn. We believe in solving hard problems, and we play to win— we measure progress by revenues, students, and learning gains. Our approach: build high-performing teams, giving them the freedom to dream big and execute boldly.
Today, we’re building the next generation of schools in Saudi Arabia. We believe every student deserves world‑class teachers. To make it happen, we’re reimagining everything about education: from cutting‑edge tech to peer learning and physical spaces that spark curiosity.
Hybrid brings digital star teachers directly into school buildings, amplifying the experience through peer‑to‑peer learning and AI. We ran this model for a year with two schools and the results were overwhelming, so we expanded to 18 private and 10 public schools in our second year of operations. The verdict is clear: students don't just tolerate hybrid, they love it.

- Run experiments and pilots, working with School Leads to test new journey ideas, touchpoints, engagement formats.
- Define simple success criteria for each pilot: attendance, completion, satisfaction, next‑step readiness, etc.
- Document outcomes to decide what becomes standard practice or requires further testing.
- 3+ years of experience in Product, CX, or Consulting.
- Ability to combine qualitative feedback with quantitative data.
- Strong structuring and synthesis skills to map journeys, break them into stages, and simplify complexity.
- Comfortable working with product & data dashboards, learning teams, and school operations staff.
