Design and deliver safety, operational, and induction training for all employees, contractors, and volunteers.
Key Responsibilities:- Design multilingual induction programs (Arabic/English).
- Deliver ongoing BAU and compliance training (HSE, crowd safety).
- Develop a competency framework and certification matrix.
- Conduct assessments and track training compliance.
- NEBOSH HSL (Health & Safety Leadership) course.
- IOSH Managing Safely (Trainer-level certification desirable).
- Recognised instructional design/education qualification.
- Certified First Aid/Fire Safety trainer credentials.
- 5‑years’ experience designing and delivering training in safety/events.
- Strong background with mass participation events/training academies.
- KSA experience a must.
