Food Industries Polytechnic (FIP) is a non-profit training institution founded in 2009 under the National Center for Strategic Partnerships—a collaboration between the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) and Almarai. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will inspire students to develop a love for the English language while fostering critical thinking and effective communication skills. You will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, assessing student progress, and promoting a positive learning environment.

• Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning styles.
• Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and projects.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to help students improve their language skills.
• Create a classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and community events.

• 2-5 years of experience in teaching English language and literature.
• Proven track record of improving student outcomes in language proficiency.

• Experience working with diverse student populations.
• Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and technology integration in the classroom.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Adaptability and creativity in addressing student needs.

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
• Teaching certification or licensure in English education.

• One month paid leave upon completing one year of service.
