Working Hours
Working Hours: Starting from 5:00 PM, focusing on education, mentoring, and personal development for three boys aged 4, 12, and 17.
Role OverviewThe Educator will play a key role in supporting and mentoring three boys from a well‑established Saudi family. The role combines academic tutoring, personal development guidance, and educational planning after school hours. The ideal candidate is a qualified teacher with a strong background in international education and proven experience in supporting children with dyslexia.
Key Responsibilities- Provide academic support, mentoring, and guidance for the three boys.
- Deliver engaging learning sessions that reinforce school curriculum and personal growth.
- Offer individualized support to the 17-year-old child who is dyslexic, using effective strategies for reading, writing, and comprehension.
- Create a positive and structured after‑school environment that encourages curiosity, discipline, and self‑confidence.
- Develop learning plans and track educational progress.
- Encourage communication skills, creativity, and problem‑solving.
- Collaborate with parents to align on academic goals and behaviour management strategies.
- Support moral and social development consistent with family values.
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in an international school.
- Proven experience supporting students with dyslexia or similar learning differences.
- Fluent English speaker (native or near‑native level).
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of modern teaching techniques and student‑centred learning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, organised, and able to adapt teaching to individual needs.
- Professional appearance and conduct suitable for a family environment.
- Experience working in the GCC region or with international families.
- Additional qualifications or certifications in Special Educational Needs (SEN), Dyslexia Support, or Educational Psychology.
- Multilingual (Arabic, French, or Italian is an advantage).
- Background in mentoring or youth development programs.

Sensitivity to emotional and learning needs, especially for dyslexic students. - Creativity:
