You’ll be instrumental in keeping our hiring engine humming—managing scheduling and candidate experience—while also helping to build pipeline for our highest‑priority Schools Staffing roles. If you’re highly organized, resourceful, and excited by the idea of helping scale a world‑class team, we want to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:- Own scheduling and logistics for candidate interviews—phone screens, virtual panels, and onsite loops and full staffing lifecycle across hiring, onboarding, and development.
- Own end‑to‑end, high‑volume recruitment for handling all recruitment operations—from sourcing to contracting and evaluation—across Class Supervisor, School Leads, Teachers, and School Managers.
- Plan and run large‑scale hiring campaigns via sourcing through a variety of sources, including the Internet, professional associations, networking, ads, Whats App channels.
- Forecast staff demand and ensure supply readiness by school, role, and timeline.
- Build systems to track staffing metrics, performance, and deployment progress.
- Align with Ops, Learning, Admissions, and Product to ensure smooth school launches, surface risks, unblock bottlenecks, and continuously improve staffing processes.
- 1+ years of experience in recruiting
- Strong planning, coordination, and systems thinking skills
- Data‑driven, organized, and execution‑focused
- Arabic fluency required;
English is preferred - Background in educational sector, large‑scale hiring, or large event planning in KSA is a plus.
