Instructional Technologist

The Instructional Technologist is responsible for integrating technology into learning experiences to enhance knowledge transfer, engagement, and overall training effectiveness. This role collaborates with instructional designers, trainers, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop, implement, and maintain digital learning solutions.

• Design, develop, and support e-learning courses, multimedia content, and interactive learning experiences.
• Implement and manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and related educational technologies.
• Advise trainers and educators on the effective use of technology in instruction.
• Evaluate emerging educational technologies and recommend tools to improve learning outcomes.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to digital learning platforms and tools.
• Ensure accessibility, usability, and quality standards of all digital learning content.
• Collaborate with instructional designers to align technology with pedagogical goals.
• Collect and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of technology-enhanced learning.

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Technology, Educational Technology, Learning & Development, or a related field.
• Experience with LMS platforms, e-learning tools, and multimedia software (e.g., Articulate 360, Captivate, Camtasia).
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
