Tahaluf is the largest B2B live and on-demand events organiser in Saudi Arabia by space, attendance, colleagues, and revenue. • You will be responsible for bringing onboard as many influential, powerful, and globally-recognised Real Estate and Infrastructure investors as possible. You will research and discover globally high-profile investors, regionally influential investors, and more.
• Your KPIs will be aligned to bringing onboard the best and brightest investors from around the world and the assets under management they represent; this will help ensure Cityscape Global has the most impressive investor program cohort in the region.
• You will keep in contact with these investors throughout the year, cultivating a relationship, answering queries, and meeting with them both virtually and in-person to convince them to join the Investor Program. All prospective and confirmed investors will be kept in a database updated daily for tracking and data purposes.
• Closer to the event, you will work with the logistics/operations team to ensure Tier 1 investors are well looked after (e.g., flights, accommodation, transport) and that all investors attending are kept informed about key event details such as badge collection, app downloads, venue location, and more.
• You will coordinate with marketing to ensure confirmed investors’ bios and pictures are featured on our website, publicised, and that changes are tracked prior to the event.
• You will liaise with the conference production team on investors and investor-related topics that are new, innovative, and cutting-edge, assisting with speaker onboarding and handover to the relevant producer, helping shape investor forums, talks, panels, and the investor programme content as a whole.

• You are excited about bringing some of the biggest names in investment to Saudi Arabia, to connect with startups, other investors, and the tech community at large.
• You are a team player, and you will help other team members where possible, with the ability to wear many hats.
• You have a passion for real estate, infrastructure developments, investor-themed topics, and research, and you are willing to learn and develop in these areas.
• You are enthusiastic, driven and always striving to deliver to the highest possible standard.
